No registration fee and no hidden charges. The price on your quote is the price you're invoiced. A team of two is standard; a studio is usually handled by one agent.
The 50% tax credit, and whether it applies to you
Cleaning and ironing at your French main or second home qualifies as a service à la personne. Owner or tenant, working or retired, you can claim a 50% tax credit on what you actually spend. Ménage Parfait holds SAP approval n°2023-433, so our invoices qualify.
It isn't automatic, and plenty of our clients don't use it. If you rent in Paris but spend most of the year elsewhere, work as a guide or on assignment abroad, or are taxed outside France, the credit may not apply to you at all. It runs against French income tax, so no French tax means no credit.
- If you qualify: with Avance Immédiate the 50% comes off at payment, so you never front the full amount. Check your eligibility and the current annual ceiling on the URSSAF site.
- If you don't: you pay the listed rate. Nothing changes about the service, the cleaner or the schedule.

Cleaning and ironing at your main or second home in France counts as a service à la personne. Owner or tenant, working or retired, you can claim 50% of what you actually spend. We hold SAP approval n°2023-433, so our invoices qualify. With Avance Immédiate the 50% comes off at payment. Check your own eligibility and the current ceiling on the URSSAF site.
Then you pay the listed rate and nothing else changes. A good number of our clients are in this position: people renting in Paris who spend most of the year working elsewhere, guides on the road, or anyone taxed outside France. The credit runs against French income tax, so without French tax there's nothing to offset. The promotional discounts still apply either way.
No, one discount per booking. On a first clean that means choosing between 10% off and €25 off: they're worth the same at €250, so below that the €25 is better and above it the percentage is. Tell us and we'll apply whichever works out cheaper. All of them do apply on top of the tax credit, which is a separate mechanism. Referral credit goes onto your next invoice: claim it by emailing bonjour@menageparfait.fr or from your client portal.

Yes, professional liability insurance with Allianz. Every cleaner is identity-checked and interviewed in person before they join, and all are employed on permanent French contracts. We don't subcontract.
A team of two is standard. A studio is usually one agent. As a rule of thumb we allow about an hour per bedroom, so a three-bedroom flat takes roughly three hours for a thorough clean.
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm, and Sunday on request for urgent jobs. Last-minute bookings and emergency cleans are available.
No. Keys can be held by a designated member of our team under a written security protocol, with a dedicated agent assigned to your home so the service stays consistent.
Your account manager does, and booking, schedule changes and invoices can be handled in English. Cleaners speak varying levels, so anything important goes through your account manager and gets written into your home sheet.
European Ecolabel and Diversey products, biodegradable at over 90%, non-toxic and safe around children and pets. Disinfectants meet NF EN 14476 for virucidal activity. If you'd rather we use your own products, we will.
