Menage Parfait has operated from 92 avenue des Champs-Elysees since 2010. We are not a marketplace: our 35 agents are on permanent French employment contracts, declared to URSSAF and covered by our liability insurance. We work across all 20 arrondissements and the inner suburbs, for offices and for private households, with coordination handled in English.
What our Paris presence actually means
Our office is in the 8th arrondissement and our agents live and work in the city, which is why we can staff evening and weekend interventions without paying travel premiums that end up on your invoice. We hold SAP accreditation n 2023-433 (SIREN 953 292 877), which places residential cleaning inside the French service-a-la-personne tax credit, and the European Ecolabel for the products we use. For corporate procurement we supply URSSAF vigilance attestations and insurance certificates on request.

- Do your cleaners speak English?
Coordination, quotes and reports are handled in English. We assign English-speaking agents wherever the assignment requires direct communication on site, and tell you honestly at the quote stage if that is not possible for a given slot rather than promising it and disappointing you. - How much does cleaning cost in Paris?
Commercial contracts are quoted as a fixed monthly forfait based on surface area, frequency and scope rather than an hourly rate, with a three-hour minimum per intervention. One-off residential work is quoted as a package. A free site visit or a few photos gives you a firm price within 24 hours. - Can households claim the 50% tax credit?
Yes. Our SAP accreditation n 2023-433 places residential cleaning inside the French service-a-la-personne tax credit. You recover 50% of what you pay, up to the annual ceiling. If you pay French income tax it reduces your bill; if you pay none, the credit is refunded. Commercial premises are not eligible, but the expense is deductible for the business instead. - Do you clean outside office hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is done early morning, evening or at weekends so that nothing disrupts your teams. Out-of-hours scheduling is part of the standard forfait for recurring contracts, not a surcharge. - Which areas around Paris do you cover?
