No call-back form and no "quote within 48 hours": the price appears as soon as you enter the size of your apartment, and you book online straight away. Arrival windows run from 10:00 to 20:30 and, depending on availability, we can come the same day ("Today" option).

What changes the price
The price does not depend on time spent but on simple rules, applied the same way to everyone:
- Bedrooms and bathrooms: the base price (see the grid).
- Size: above the usual size for the number of bedrooms, + €1,20 incl. VAT per m².
- Last thorough clean: + 15% if 1 to 6 months ago, + 30% if over 6 months or never. For regular cleaning, this only applies to the first visit.
- Furnished and lived in: + 10% (more things to move and surfaces to clean than an empty home).
- High ceilings, Haussmann building: + 5%.
- Grease, limescale, pets: a very greasy kitchen or thick limescale count as an old "last thorough clean"; pet hair is a separate extra.

Large Haussmann apartment, 220 m², monthly cleaning
Furnished and lived in, high ceilings, last thorough clean over 6 months ago. First cleaning (catch-up): €1,013.18 incl. VAT. Following monthly cleanings: €779.37 incl. VAT, because the "over 6 months" condition only counts once.
3-bedroom Haussmann apartment, 90 m², regular cleaning
Well kept, high ceilings, 15 m² above the usual size for 3 bedrooms: €364.80 incl. VAT per cleaning, the same price from the first visit since the apartment was already well kept.
Declared empty, found furnished and lived in
A monthly client had ticked "not furnished". On site, the apartment was furnished and lived in. We charged nothing extra for the visit already done; the price was adjusted by +10% from the next cleaning, with an explanatory email and the option to change frequency or stop.
How it works

- Book online. Choose the date and a 2-hour arrival window; your answers are already filled in.
- Save your card. Secure payment by Stripe: nothing is charged at this stage.
- Cleaning, then payment. You are charged after the cleaning. For regular cleaning, you manage your visits from your subscription page.
Apartment cleaning quote: frequently asked questions
Is the online quote binding?
No. The calculation is free and needs no sign-up. You only commit when you book and save your card, and you are charged only after the cleaning. If your answers match the home, the price shown is the price you pay.
Is it a fixed price or hourly?
Fixed. It depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, size, condition and extras, not on time spent. The time shown by the calculator is an estimate to help you plan.
Do you need to visit before quoting?
Not for an apartment: your answers are enough. A visit or photos are only needed for after-works cleaning, which is quoted separately.
Are products and equipment included?
Yes, the cleaner brings products and equipment. If you prefer your own products (allergies, special surfaces), say so in the booking notes.
When am I charged?
Your card is saved securely by Stripe when you book. The amount is pre-authorised a few days before the cleaning and charged only after it.
What if my apartment is dirtier than I declared?
We tell you, with photos. Any extra charge cannot exceed 50% of the cleaning price. For regular cleaning, the difference is corrected from the next visit, never retroactively.
Can I change or stop regular cleaning?
Yes, from your subscription page (link sent by email): skip a visit, change frequency or stop, at least 48 hours before a visit. The first visit is changed by phone on +33 1 89 19 68 69.
Are prices with or without VAT?
The grid on this page includes 20% VAT. The calculator also shows the amount excluding VAT, like the booking form.
