Why remove your construction site rubble quickly and in compliance
Rubble removal is an essential step in any construction, renovation or demolition project. Crushed concrete, bricks, tiling, plaster, soil, ceramics — these materials represent significant volumes that cannot be left on site without risk. Beyond obstructing workspaces, accumulated rubble creates safety issues (risk of falls, injuries, blocking of emergency exits), hygiene problems (development of pests in mixed organic waste) and regulatory compliance issues.
In France, the regulations on construction waste management (Environment Code, articles L541-1 and following) require sorting and a specific treatment pathway for inert waste — that is, rubble, soil and mineral materials that do not degrade. These wastes must be directed to authorised inert waste storage facilities (ISDI), under penalty of sanctions of up to €75,000 in fines and 2 years' imprisonment for the most serious cases.
At Ménage Parfait, we ensure the removal of your rubble in full compliance, with waste tracking forms (BSDI) for each removal. We provide skips, trucks and big-bags adapted to the volume of your site, and we operate throughout Paris and Île-de-France.

Types of rubble and construction waste we remove
Our teams are equipped to remove all types of inert waste generated by construction and demolition works:
Mineral inert waste
Crushed concrete, reinforcement bars, bricks, breeze blocks, cement blocks, floor tiles, earthenware, plaster, ceramics, rubble, tiles, slates. These materials represent the bulk of construction rubble and are directed to recycling centres or approved ISDI facilities.
Soil and excavated materials
Excavation soil, sand, gravel, pebbles, clay, rock from earthworks. Depending on the nature of the soil (potentially polluted or not), we direct it to the appropriate waste stream.
Clean construction packaging
Pallets, plastic films, clean cardboard, empty and rinsed drums, protective covers. These materials are sorted separately and directed to dedicated recycling streams.
Important: excluded waste
We do not remove hazardous waste (asbestos, lead, solvents, oils, DDD-classified paints) or household bulky items. For these wastes, we direct you to approved specialised providers.
Our rubble removal solutions by volume
Rubble skips (from 2 to 30 m³)
The most common solution for medium and large-scale construction sites. We deliver the skip to your site, you fill it, and we collect it when it is full or according to a defined schedule. We manage road parking authorisation if necessary.
Skip trucks and flatbed trucks
For direct removals without intermediate storage. Our skip trucks (from 12 to 20 m³) intervene directly on site to load the rubble and remove it in a single operation.
Big-bags and rubble bags
For small volumes or difficult access (apartments without lifts, basements, upper floors). We provide 1 m³ big-bags or heavy-duty rubble bags that you fill. Our teams come back to collect them.
Removal by our teams
For rubble located in confined spaces (basements, lofts, cluttered apartments), our agents manually evacuate the debris to the loading vehicle. This service includes protection of common areas.
How your rubble removal works
Volume and constraints assessment
We assess the nature and volume of rubble to be removed, site accessibility, skip delivery and collection schedules, and municipal regulatory requirements.
Solution selection and quote
We propose the most suitable removal solution (skip, truck, big-bags), with an intervention schedule and a detailed quote. The quote is free and without obligation.
Delivery and installation
We deliver the skip or equipment to your site, at the agreed location and time. We manage parking authorisations and regulatory signage.
Removal, transport and treatment
We collect the full skip and transport the rubble to an approved treatment centre. A waste tracking form (BSDI) is provided to you for each removal.
Your regulatory obligations for rubble removal
Regulations impose strict obligations for construction waste management:
Mandatory sorting — Waste must be sorted into three categories: inert, non-hazardous non-inert, and hazardous.
Tracking form (BSDI) — Each removal of inert waste must be accompanied by a form attesting to the final destination.
Approved facilities — Inert waste must be treated in authorised facilities (ISDI or recycling centres).
Extended responsibility — The waste producer remains responsible for its management until final treatment, even if removal is delegated.

Frequently asked questions about rubble removal
- What is the price of a rubble skip in Paris?
The rate depends on the skip volume (2 to 30 m³), the nature of the rubble, the rental duration and site accessibility. Our quotes are free and detailed. - How long can I keep a skip on the construction site?
The rental duration is flexible. Generally, skips are rented for 7 to 14 days, but we adapt to the duration of your construction site. - Do I have to sort the rubble myself?
Sorting is a regulatory obligation. We provide sorting instructions and, if necessary, multiple skips of different colours to facilitate on-site sorting. - What happens if I mix inert waste and household waste?
Mixing results in the reclassification of the entire load as non-hazardous waste, which significantly increases treatment costs. We advise you to respect sorting. - How can I prove that my rubble has been properly treated?
We provide an inert waste tracking form (BSDI) for each removal, with the date, weight and name of the destination facility. - Can I dispose of my rubble at the tip myself?
Yes, if the volume is small (less than 1 m³) and for private individuals. For professionals, tip disposal is not possible and removal by an approved provider is mandatory.
