Our post-construction intervention process
1. First clean (initial clearing)
Construction waste removal, first dusting of volumes, rough floor cleaning. Can be carried out at the end of structural work or before the final trades intervene.
2. Protection removal
Peeling off protective films, removing labels and adhesives from joinery, glazing, sanitary ware and new equipment, without glue residue.
3. Handover cleaning
Comprehensive dusting from floor to ceiling, cleaning windows and frames, treating floors according to covering, descaling and disinfecting new sanitary facilities.
4. Inspection and handover readiness
Post-by-post inspection by a team leader following a check-list, in preparation for the construction handover. The building is delivered ready to hand over.
