Four districts, four ways of working
The 15th is the largest arrondissement in Paris and the densest in businesses. It is also the one where "arrondissement" is the least useful unit for organising a cleaning contract. A medical practice near Convention, a law firm on the 7th floor of an office building at Montparnasse, a two-level coworking space at Beaugrenelle and a ground-floor unit in a Haussmannian building on rue du Commerce share neither hours, nor access procedures, nor equipment. We work on all four configurations, and that is what we price from — not a single rate applied to a postcode.
What providers get wrong in the 15th
The most common mistake is treating the 15th as one homogeneous district. It always produces the same two consequences: inaccurate quotes and unworkable schedules. These are the four points where a remotely produced quote falls apart.
- Parking around Convention and Commerce. When a visit requires bulky equipment — scrubber-drier, carpet extractor — allow an extra 15 to 20 minutes for parking alone in this sector. A provider who has not built that into the quote will recover it from the time actually spent in your premises.
- Access procedures in office buildings. Several Montparnasse buildings require multiple badges and an intercom process before equipment can even be brought up. On an evening contract starting at 7pm, that step can consume a quarter of an hour every visit if it has not been arranged with the building manager in advance.
- Lifts too small for the equipment. This is the most underestimated constraint in the 15th, particularly in Haussmannian and mixed residential-commercial buildings. A standard scrubber-drier does not fit some lift cars. Compact equipment is then required, or the machine has to be carried up in sections. A quote that ignores this ends in a degraded or postponed service.
- Delivery windows at Beaugrenelle. Loading bays in this sector operate on strict time slots. Equipment access has to be aligned to them, which constrains the start time far more than elsewhere in the arrondissement.

Our three packages for offices in the 15th
The packages below reflect the rhythms we most often run in this arrondissement. We recommend a recurring contract from around 150 m² for commercial premises: below that, travel and set-up time weighs too heavily in the cost for the service to remain worthwhile for you.

Offices, washrooms, kitchen area, floors
Suited to premises of 150 to 300 m²
Digital checklist at every visit
From €26 excl. VAT/hour — quoted after survey
Three visits per week
Everything in the weekly package
Meeting rooms and glass partitions treated at every visit
High-touch points: handles, switches, rails

Suited to coworking spaces and continuously occupied floors
Quarterly carpet cleaning and annual window cleaning available

Three configurations we maintain in the 15th
Medical practice — Convention area, 320 m²
Ground and first floor, cleaned every evening once consultations end. Priority goes to the waiting room, treatment rooms and washrooms, with a contact-point disinfection protocol suited to premises receiving the public all day.
Law firm — Montparnasse area, 650 m²
Seventh floor of an office building, access only after 7pm on badge. Daily cleaning of workstations, meeting rooms and glass partitions. Badges and the access procedure were settled with the building manager before the first visit, which saves a quarter of an hour every evening.
Coworking space — Beaugrenelle area, 1,100 m²
Two floors, cleaned early in the morning before occupants arrive. Kitchens, phone booths and high-touch surfaces are treated daily. Equipment access is aligned to the district delivery slots, which set the start time.
A real case: why the meeting rooms smelled dusty on Mondays
- The symptom. A company in the 15th contacted us after terminating its previous contractor. Staff reported a dusty smell in the meeting rooms every Monday morning, although cleaning was supposed to take place on Friday evening.
- What the first inspection revealed. Layers of dust behind the monitors, fingerprints on the glass partitions and bins that had clearly not been emptied regularly. The Friday visit was happening, but it did not cover anything that was not immediately visible from the doorway.
- What we did. A full recovery clean over one weekend with four operatives, every completed task documented with photographs, then a digital checklist introduced for subsequent visits. The client later extended the contract to quarterly carpet cleaning and annual window cleaning.
Frequently asked questions about office cleaning in the 15th
- What does office cleaning cost in the 15th arrondissement?
Our base rate is €26 excl. VAT per hour, with no location premium: a site in the 15th is not charged more than anywhere else in our service areas. The final amount depends on area, frequency and the equipment required. A regular weekly contract costs noticeably less per square metre than a one-off visit, because the initial deep clean is done only once. - Is there a minimum area for a contract in the 15th?
We recommend a recurring contract from around 150 m² for commercial premises. Below that, travel and set-up time represents too large a share of the cost for the service to remain good value. For a smaller area, a one-off visit or bundling with other services remains possible. - What time can your staff arrive on site?
Morning teams leave our storage point in western Paris between 5.45am and 6.00am. On most contracts in the 15th, the earliest realistic arrival is around 6.30am, which delivers offices ready before employees arrive. For evening work, we start after 7pm. - What frequency should I choose for offices in the 15th?
Daily and three-times-weekly are the most common rhythms here, because most premises are occupied throughout the week. A medical practice needs a visit each evening after consultations; a coworking space, each morning; a practice or SME often works well on three weekly visits. - Do you work in older buildings with small lifts?
Yes. It is a frequent constraint in the 15th, particularly around Commerce and Convention. We check the lift car before committing equipment: depending on the dimensions we use compact equipment or carry the machine up in sections. This is settled at the survey, not on the day of the first visit. - Which sectors do you serve in the 15th?
Mainly medical practices and healthcare professionals, law firms, SMEs, coworking spaces, engineering and consulting firms, and property managers for common areas. The strength of the arrondissement lies in that mix: we are not specialised in a single sector here but across a diversity of professional offices.
How set-up works
From your first call to the first visit, allow about a week. The site survey matters more in the 15th than in most arrondissements.
- First phone conversation. Ten minutes to place the district, the area, the floor and your occupancy hours. We tell you straight away which rhythm suits your configuration.
- Free on-site survey. We measure the areas, check the lift dimensions, record the access procedure and identify the parking or delivery-slot constraints specific to your address.
- Detailed quote within 24h. You receive a document listing zones, frequency, equipment deployed and price. Access and set-up time appears explicitly.
- Access arranged with the building manager. Badges, codes and entry procedure are settled before the first visit. That is what avoids losing a quarter of an hour every time.
- First visit and review call. The first visit is followed by a review call within 48 hours. The digital checklist then lets you verify what was done, visit by visit.
⚠️ Be wary of quotes issued without a survey in the 15th
An office cleaning quote produced over the phone cannot account for the three things that genuinely move the cost here: lift dimensions, the building access procedure, and parking time around Convention or Commerce. Those factors do not vanish from the quote — they are recovered from the time actually spent in your premises. Insist on a prior survey, including with us.
The districts of the 15th and their constraints
The building stock in the 15th is highly varied, and equipment changes significantly from one contract to another. Here is how we approach each area.
- Montparnasse — large office buildings, badge access, evening service after 7pm
- Convention — medical practices and professional offices, visit at the end of consultations, parking to anticipate
- Beaugrenelle — modern glazed offices, strict delivery slots for equipment access
- Balard — commercial premises served by line 8, morning service
- Commerce and Vaugirard — Haussmannian and mixed residential-commercial buildings, lifts often too small for standard equipment
- Building common areas — lobbies, stairwells and bin rooms, priced separately from offices
