*Post/post renovation cleaning is provided as an hourly service exclusively. Our prices fixed rates are subject to the condition that the property is in a normal state of repair. If the property has not been professionally cleaned or maintained by the occupant, and that our agents household deem it to be in poor condition, we will inform you before starting the work that we must move to an hourly rate of €60/hour per woman and/or cleaning man. Cleaning services at time are subject to our discretion.
